A down-to-the-studs rehab. We demo’d everything. Clean slate. We got to work expanding the opening, rewiring the kitchen and dining room, and cleaning up years worth of plumbing repairs. We noticed were some squeaks in the subfloor - we screwed every single floorboard in place. We brought the electrical up to code, installing under cabinet outlets circuits, dimmers, AFCI breakers, and dedicated lines for appliances. Once everything was inspected, we put the kitchen back together with all new cabinetry, tile flooring, leathered granite countertops, and a clean, understated hexagon backsplash.
